Osman Inci Museum

The Osman Inci Museum opened on November 25, 2017, in the Karaagac neighborhood of Edirne. Designed by interpreting the building facades and plan typology of the Karaağaç district, the museum was established by Osman Inci Science, Art, Culture, Museum Management and Tourism and Trade Inc.

The museum includes sections on contemporary painting, sculpture, ceramics, mosaics and tiles, ethnographic clothing, fountain pens, and toy cars. Works by local and foreign artists are exhibited in the display area. In the library section, visitors can examine nearly 5,000 magazines, science, art, literature, and history books donated by Hasan Pulur, Prof. Dr. Vural Solok, and Prof. Dr. Osman Inci.

To emphasize the museum's continuity, its role as a living museum, and its educational mission, art workshops are held for children and adults. In particular, within the scope of the museum's educational mission, educational programs are prepared with the aim of developing children's inquisitive and questioning sides, fostering their imagination, creativity, and aesthetic sense, and promoting the preservation and ownership of cultural heritage. In addition to workshops for children and adults, the Museum hosts cultural events such as Cinema Nights and Culture-Art Talks to raise awareness among visitors and enhance the cultural level of the community.

The Art Gallery, located on the ground floor of the museum building, offers visitors free access to a professionally curated exhibition space in Edirne for temporary exhibitions. Besides hosting individual and group exhibitions, the Art Gallery also organizes scientific and educational meetings, courses, workshops, and art and cultural events.

The Museum Cafeteria, located on the ground floor of the museum building, provides visitors with essential needs and offers hot and cold beverages under hygienic conditions. Visitors can also use the library section in the cafeteria free of charge. The Museum Cafeteria is open every day and is equipped to serve breakfast and host private meetings and events.
