The Kesan Chamber of Commerce and Industry was established on November 17, 1958, with a Board of Directors elected from within the Assembly, consisting of Mehmet Cuhaci, Serif Yoruk, Ibrahim Aktug, Hayrettin Gursel, Hasan Sapci, Huseyin Yazir, Osman Ergene, Kadir Karasu, Emin Balci and Nedim Mercan and began its activities in the region in accordance with relevant laws.

In 2010, the Board of Directors decided that the existing building was insufficient to serve the members and that a more suitable building was needed to provide better service. The new service building is 1700 m2 and consists of 5 floors. The Chamber, in terms of its institutional capacity and efficiency, has been accepted as a B-level accredited Chamber/Exchange within the framework of the TOBB Accreditation System, entering the 9th Accredited Chamber/Exchange group, and currently continues its work as the 2nd best chamber in the Thrace Region. Additionally, it has increased its service quality by obtaining ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 10002:2018 Member Satisfaction Management System, and ISO 27001:2017 Information Security Management System certificates.

The Kesan Chamber of Commerce and Industry continues to serve its members with a quality service approach, with 31 Assembly Members, 9 Board of Directors Members, 14 Professional Groups, and 9 Staff.
