The Muratli Organized Industrial Zone is located on the Tekirdag D-100 highway, when traveling from the Muratli district center towards the E-5 highway. The coordinates of the area are between 41°10.56'N-27°30.24'E and 41°12.55'N-27°31.32'E.

The Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) is located one kilometer northeast of the Muratli city center. It is situated 23 km north of the Tekirdag provincial center, 25 km west of the Corlu district center, and 25 km southeast of the Luleburgaz district center. The Muratli Organized Industrial Zone covers a total area of 334 hectares, of which 250 hectares consist of industrial plots.

A highway passes through the Muratli Organized Industrial Zone, and Corlu Airport is located 35 km to the east. The Halkali-Edirne railway line passes 1 km from the area, and there are also rail and road connections to the Tekirdag port.

In the Muratli Organized Industrial Zone, 75% of the industrial plots are owned by companies, 4% by the treasury, and 21% by private individuals. The zoning plan for the OSB has been completed, and plot sizes have been finalized. Vacant plots are owned by individuals or companies; no plot allocation process has been carried out by the Muratli Organized Industrial Zone.

The Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) is located within the Muratli Municipality's adjacent area. The OSB is designated as an industrial zone in the 1/100,000 and 1/25,000 scale Environmental Planning Maps.

Industrial facilities operate on 167 hectares of the existing plots, while 83 hectares remain vacant.

The land has a gentle slope towards the southwest. The area is located in a Class 3 earthquake zone. Part of the land's water needs are met from existing licensed deep wells, and the remainder from the city network.

The Organized Industrial Zone's electricity needs are met by TREDAS, and its natural gas needs by GAZDAS. The wastewater from the Muratli Organized Industrial Zone is treated at the Muratli Domestic and Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant, which has a capacity of 25,000 m³/day. After treatment, the wastewater is discharged into the Kurudere and Ergene Rivers.

The prevailing wind direction is north, northeast, and northwest.

The fact that the Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) is located 23 km from the Tekirdag port, has a railway connection to this port, and is close to a large-scale container port like ASYAPORT, indicates that the Muratli Organized Industrial Zone area can develop rapidly in terms of logistics. The fact that the OSB is 1 km from the Muratli district center, has population growth potential, and that suitable residential areas have been allocated, along with the open surroundings of the proposed area, shows that there will be no shortage of residential and industrial space now or in the future.

There are no protected areas such as special environmental protection zones, historical sites, national parks, wetlands, or natural monuments, or areas requiring protection under international agreements, in the vicinity of the Organized Industrial Zone (OSB). The OSB does not require drainage. The stream banks within the OSB that are susceptible to flooding are designated as flood protection zones in the zoning plans and are closed to construction. Due to the groundwater level dropping to 300 meters within the OSB, new permits for water wells are currently closed.
